You can now order an appraisal online by filling out the appraisal request form. If you are a private individual click on the "Individual" link to fill out the Appraisal Request form. If you are a mortgage company, or other real-estate company, please click on the "Company" link to fill in the Appraisal Request form.
Alternatively, you can always still send in Appraisal Requests by fax or e-mail. We do not have a preference in your method of ordering, and only supply the online request form as an alternative convenience.
